Screen Kiss believes very strongly in technical, financial, business and moral excellence. To secure a stable future for all those connected with us we have set the following long term goals to be considered by our peers to be a market leader in British film:

· Technical excellence (awards, honors, etc.)

Short Term

Establish low costs through acquisition of own company equipment such as on and offline editing facilities, SFX, music, sound and dubbing, studio space, which then can bring income through rental to other directors and producers. Increase productivity by investing in employee training and education.

1. Budget for complete computer training for appropriate applications.
2. Set up employee pension schemes.
3. Budget for necessary seminars and/or continuing job-specific education.
4. Establish state-of-the-art accounting system for careful tracking.
5. Regular reports on financial status vis-a-vis the industry.
6. Recruitment of the best technical staff and crew in the industry.
7. Support company involvement in various local and national charity events, independent festivals and business/film student placement schemes with equal opportunities monitoring.

Screen Kiss intends to develop two to four feature scripts per year in the first instance, with the production output aimed at a minimum of five theatrical feature films to be completed in the first five years. As the company's reputation and income builds it is planned to expand to full studio output to compete in the international blockbuster-finance market.
